The Stay Strong & Sharp Stack: Patches To Support Healthy Aging

Aging isn’t what it used to be.
For many of us approaching retirement, the old model of aging meant decline. We were told to expect brittle bones, forgetfulness, more prescriptions, and fewer options.
But what if your body is still ready to thrive, it just needs the right cues?
I work with mostly women approaching retirement who want to age with vitality, not prescriptions. I need to be ahead of them in knowledge and energy, even if I'm also ahead of them in age. It’s amazing how many people I meet who retire in their 50s simply because they’re tired. Meanwhile, I'm over here plotting my second half!
I don't say that to brag. But the older I get, the fewer people come close to guessing my age. I've seen firsthand the difference that nutrition and lifestyle choices make on aging, especially when supported by phototherapy patches that re-activate their body's copper peptides.
I first learned about light therapy in school. It was fascinating, but out of reach financially when I was starting my practice. I also wanted something my clients could realistically do from home, without scheduling appointments or driving across town.
That’s why I use and recommend Lifewave phototherapy patches. They’re a non-invasive, drug-free, wearable way to tap into your body’s own healing processes. Without the hassle.
Why X39?
I usually start clients with the X39 patch, which promotes the copper-bound peptide GHK-Cu. This is known for:
Supporting tissue and nerve repair
Increasing collagen and hair growth
Enhancing mental clarity and stamina
I often pair this with nutrition and supplementation. My clients love the noticeable results, and I love how it amplifies the work we’re already doing.
At Home: I Do More
Personally, I alternate the patches for a stronger effect.
X49, a companion patch to X39, increases AHK-Cu, a peptide that supports muscle gain, dopamine levels, bone density, and cardiovascular function. It’s especially useful for those worried about osteoporosis, fatigue, or postmenopausal muscle loss. I alternate between X49 and X39 daily.
Aeon helps regulate inflammation and stress by balancing cortisol and calming the nervous system. It's been called the "happy patch" for good reason. I use this at night, but it can be used together with X39 during the day.
David Schmidt, the inventor of these patches, calls X39 + Aeon the ideal anti-aging combo. The X39 + X49 pairing is often called the Shred Protocol, but I see it as essential for aging vibrantly, not just athletically.
(Since using them together, even my dentist stopped worrying about my teeth. And as you may know, loose teeth are one of the first warning signs of bone loss.)
Through July 13, 2025, I’m offering a bundle of my favorite phototherapy patches:
X39 + X49 = Aeon FREE
✅ X39 – Stimulates GHK-Cu to support cell repair, collagen, mental focus, and stamina ✅ X49 – Elevates AHK-Cu to support bone density, strength, and dopamine balance ✅ Aeon – Reduces inflammation, supports emotional calm, and enhances stress resilience
👉 Even better? If you subscribe, you’ll save 30% off your order, and after 3 months, you'll receive a few extra patches to try as a thank-you.
These patches work together to support:
Stronger bones and joints
Clearer thinking and better memory
A more balanced mood and stress response
Healthier hair, skin, and digestion
This isn’t about bodybuilding (though I’ve seen some impressive lean muscle gains).
It’s about waking up feeling sharp again. Feeling like yourself again.
