What to Expect

From my home to yours: health care that meets you where you are, virtually, by phone, or in person.

Personal Care Beyond Telehealth

I work virtually with women across the country, offering natural, faith-informed care that feels personal, not clinical. This is not a rushed telehealth appointment; it’s a real conversation where we get to the heart of what’s going on and how to help your body heal. For women near Georgetown, TX, I also offer in-your-home visits.

Start with a Discovery Call

Before we schedule your first full visit, I recommend a free 20-minute Discovery Call. This is a chance to ask questions, share a bit about your health journey, and see if we’re a good fit for working together. If you choose to move forward, you’ll receive your intake forms automatically so you can complete them before our session.

Your First Visit

Our first conversation is unhurried, usually about an hour, so we can walk through your health story in full. We’ll talk about your main concerns, the history that led you here, and the daily rhythms that shape your health. I’ll look at your nutrition, environment, lifestyle, and stressors, and may use applied kinesiology (muscle response testing) to help pinpoint priorities.

By the end, you’ll have a personalized plan that’s clear, doable, and aligned with your goals and values.

Follow-Up Visits

Follow-ups are shorter, usually 30 minutes. This is where we fine-tune your plan, celebrate wins, and make gentle adjustments as your body responds. Most women start with visits every 4 weeks, and we space them out as your health strengthens. You’ll also have a secure way to check in between sessions for quick questions or updates.

How I Work

I’m a board-certified traditional naturopath, not a medical doctor, so I don’t diagnose or prescribe. Instead, I offer personalized wellness recommendations that address your whole self — body, mind, and environment.

My approach often blends:

  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance

  • Homeopathy

  • Mineral therapy

  • Phototherapy patches

What is Applied Kinesiology?

I often use a method called applied kinesiology, or muscle testing, to help identify patterns of imbalance in the body, whether nutritional, emotional, or energetic.

Even in virtual sessions, I can use surrogate testing techniques to get a clear picture of what your body is asking for. It might sound unusual, but many of my clients are amazed at how accurate and insightful the results are—even over the phone or Zoom.

I know this approach is a bit different from what you might expect from conventional health care. That’s what makes it so powerful.

This isn’t just virtual care.
This is intuitive, responsive care, guided by your body’s own wisdom.

Why Women Choose This Care

Many of my clients come to me because they’re ready for something different. They don't want to chase symptoms and they want someone to truly listen. They want to get to the root of fatigue, gut issues, or inflammation, and they’re looking for safe, natural, non-invasive options that fit with the rest of their care.

They want a long-term plan to build health and resilience, not just manage dysfunction. And they want support that feels clear, practical, and encouraging, from someone who understands women over 40.

Choosing a Naturopath: What to Know Before You Begin

Working with a naturopath is an investment in your time, your money, and most importantly, your future health. I want you to know what to expect before you take that step.

Most naturopaths, myself included, cost less per visit than a medical doctor, but we aren’t covered by insurance. That means this is an out-of-pocket expense. Supplements are often less expensive than prescriptions, but they’re still part of the commitment.

The good news is, as your health improves, your costs usually go down. Over time, you should need fewer visits and fewer supplements. Some nutrients may remain part of your long-term plan—especially if your body uses them quickly—but the “big fix” phase doesn’t last forever.

This isn’t about chasing symptoms. My goal is to help your body regain its balance and build strength so you can stay well for years to come. That’s why I see ongoing care as a partnership. Once we know each other well, we don’t have to start from scratch at each visit. We simply fine-tune, keep your health optimized, and respond quickly if something unexpected throws you off balance.

More Than a Wellness Plan

At the heart of naturopathic care is relationship. Even in a virtual setting, the connection we build is part of the healing process — and one of the most important tools I have to offer. You’ll leave each session feeling seen, encouraged, and equipped with steps you can begin right away.

Lasting wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. Together, we make it personal, doable, and from the heart.
