Answers to the most common questions about naturopathic care, holistic health tools, and what it’s like to work with a Traditional Naturopath.
How should I prepare for my initial visit?
This is a time to get to know one another, and to see if we can work together. What are your expectations and how willing are you to follow through on recommendations? There is no fee for this visit unless you choose to work with me and get testing done. This usually consists of urine or saliva samples or photos of your eyes to assess the extent of your issue.
Do you help treat chronic illness?
As a naturopath, I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, nor cure disease. I can advise you on why your body is not performing optimally and what therapies can work within your abilities and budget to nurture your healing. I believe that strengthening the body's natural functions allows it to eradicate illness effectively and permanently.
What should I expect from my first session?
I need to know your history and any tests you've had done. If I ran any tests after our first consultation, I'll let you know the results and we can discuss options for your individual plan. I take into account your family's needs before asking for any dietary changes, if any are needed. I will let you know what to expect as you progress through your plan. One of the most overlooked aspects of health challenges is the emotional aspect. Negative emotional situations get lodged in our tissues which causes a chaotic energy in that organ or tissue. I am trained to seek out and resolve these issues in such a way that disruption to your everyday life is minimized. We will re-assess as often as indicated for your particular needs.
What Makes My Practice Different?
In a field where anyone can call themselves a “coach” or “natural health expert,” I’ve chosen a path of deep study, intentional mentorship, and ongoing training.
I’m a Traditional Naturopath, earning my Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Trinity School of Natural Health, which is accredited by the AANWP. I’ve continued to sharpen my skills through personal mentorships, including advanced training to earn my Traditional Naturopath from the Institute of Holistic Integrative Studies.
For me, this isn’t a job; it’s my life’s work and passion.
I don’t rely on one-size-fits-all protocols. I listen to your story, test for what your body needs, and prayerfully discern what your body can use at this point in your healing journey. I use a full toolbox: homeopathy, nutrition, mineral balancing, botanicals, and phototherapy, always tailored to you.
Credentials matter. Discernment matters. And the difference shows in the results.
-
What do I need to do before my first appointment?Once you schedule, I’ll send a brief intake form and instructions so you feel ready and at ease for our time together.
-
How long does it take to see results?Every body is different, but many clients report feeling better within a few weeks. We’re not chasing symptoms, so you normally will not see immediate relief. I want to find the root cause of your situation, which takes consistency and care.
-
Do you work with clients virtually?Yes. Unless you live in the Georgetown or Sun City, TX area and would prefer an in-home visit, all sessions are held virtually, either with a secure video call or on the phone. This allows for flexible scheduling and support wherever you are. I work out of my home office, so this is truly My home to Yours care.
-
What kind of symptoms do you help with?I work with women experiencing chronic fatigue, brain fog, autoimmune patterns, digestive upset, sleep disruptions, and “mystery symptoms” that haven’t responded to conventional care. I will also help with family members struggling with food sensitivities, recurrent illness, and skin issues.
-
Are your services covered by insurance? No. I do provide receipts if you’d like to use an HSA or FSA account. Many clients appreciate the freedom and personalized care that comes with working outside the insurance system.
-
What if I'm already working with a doctor or other specialist? That’s perfectly fine! My work complements—not replaces—your medical care. This is a big reason I use homeopathy; it will not interact with your current medications. As you heal, your need for those medications may decrease, but I leave that to your prescribing doctor to determine. Many clients see improvements faster when we support their body's foundation naturally.
-
How do I know if this approach is right for me?If you feel dismissed by conventional care or like you’re "not quite yourself" anymore, this gentle but thorough approach might be the missing piece. I'm happy to answer questions or book a quick discovery call if you're unsure.

Can I just buy a Lifewave patch bundle from you?Absolutely. Most women start with the X39/Aeon combo for graceful aging and vitality. They are sold in sleeves: each sleeve contains 30 patches, which is enough for a month of use. You can order individual sleeves or bundle them through my dedicated page. Subscribing saves you 30% and ensures your favorites are delivered to your doorstep each month. I also provide personal guidance so you get the most from your patches. You don’t need a full session to begin, and if you love them and want to share with others, there’s a way to earn income as a brand partner, too.
-
What's included in the first appointment?Your first session includes a deep dive into your health story, analysis of patterns, and recommendations tailored to you. I use Muscle Response Testing to analyze where your body is weakest and what will promote healing in that system. I often use a combination of nutritional suggestions, homeopathy, whole food supplements, phototherapy (such as Lifewave), and lifestyle suggestions tailored to what your body needs most.
-
What does a traditional naturopath do?A traditional naturopath is a holistic health care practitioner who helps uncover the root causes of health imbalances using non-invasive tools like nutrition, homeopathy, and natural remedies. I specialize in helping women regain energy, clarity, and calm, without drugs or prescriptions. I am not a licensed healthcare provider and do not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure disease. My services are intended to complement and not replace licensed medical care.

What is homeopathy and how does it differ from herbs or supplements?Homeopathy is a gentle, energetic healing system that uses microdoses of herbs, minerals, or other sources to stimulate your body’s natural ability to heal. It’s not the same as herbs or essential oils; with homeopathy, it's all about ultra-dilutions of common things like poison ivy being used as instructions for your body to reset and repair.
