Who I Am and What I Do
My Story
If you’re a woman over 40, you’ve probably noticed your body doesn’t bounce back like it used to.
You might be dealing with thinning hair, restless nights, stubborn digestion issues, or mysterious aches and pains. Maybe you’ve had autoimmune flares you can’t explain. You’re tired of being told “everything looks normal” on your labs when you know something isn’t right.
That’s where I come in.
I’m Brenda, a board-certified Traditional Naturopath, and I help women uncover what’s really behind these changes, restore balance, and get back to feeling strong, clear-headed, and full of energy — all through natural, non-invasive care.

Most of my work is virtual, so you can meet with me from anywhere.
And if you’re in the Georgetown, TX area, I also offer a limited number of in-home visits.

Why I Do This Work
My passion for natural healing didn’t come from a textbook — it came from years of searching for answers when my own family’s health was unraveling.
I watched my young son endure surgery after surgery, yet never get truly well… until I started asking the right question: What’s causing this?
That search led me to homeopathy, nutrition, and the surprising truth that the body can heal deeply when it’s given what it needs and relieved of what’s harming it.
Later, after a life-threatening illness of my own, I met my first naturopath, and for the first time, I felt truly seen and heard. The transformation I experienced was so profound that I knew I had to help others find the same hope and restoration.

My Approach
-
Root-cause focus: We look beyond symptoms to find and address what’s really driving your health issues.
-
Personalized care: I create individualized plans using homeopathy, nutrition, whole food supplements, botanical remedies, and mineral balancing.
-
Virtual precision: Through applied kinesiology (muscle testing) — even via phone or Zoom — I can identify patterns of imbalance, whether nutritional, emotional, or energetic. Many of my clients are amazed at how accurate it is.
-
Simple, sustainable tools: I often include phototherapy patches to speed and enhance results without adding a long list of supplements.
This isn’t just virtual care.
This is intuitive, responsive care — guided by your body’s own wisdom.
