Service Description

60-minute foundational consultation to review your health history, current symptoms, and long-term wellness goals. Prior to this appointment, I'll go over all current medications and other aspects of your history to assess potential interactions. We’ll assess your body’s systems using Muscle Response Testing, evaluate nutrition and lifestyle patterns, and identify possible deficiencies or stressors. You’ll leave with a personalized care plan and a clearer path forward. HTMA or lab testing may be recommended—and can be completed ahead of your visit, if desired.
